1. Local Data Storage (No Cloud Sync)
The InvoSwift mobile application stores all business details, customer information and invoice records locally on your mobile device. We do not collect, upload or transmit this data to our servers or any cloud services. Your business data remains fully under your control.
2. Information Processed in the App
To generate invoices, the application processes the following information entered by you:
- Business or shop details (Name, Phone, Address, GSTIN)
- Customer or buyer details (Name, Phone, Address, GSTIN)
- Product, pricing and invoice details
3. Permissions Required
The application may request the following permission:
- Storage Access: Required to save generated invoice PDF files to your device (Downloads or Documents folder) so that you can share them.
4. Data Deletion and Control
Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over your information. You can delete your data at any time by:
- Using the "Clear History" feature inside the app
- Deleting individual invoices
- Uninstalling the application
We do not maintain any backup of your data once it is deleted from your device.
5. Third-Party Services
The InvoSwift application does not use third-party tracking, analytics or advertising services. Sharing invoices via WhatsApp, Email or other apps uses your device’s built-in sharing features.
